During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the fact that I was given a room as soon as I arrived, without having to wait. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. the location of the hotel was key, as it was surrounded by restaurants and shops. Being able to easily walk to these establishments was a huge advantage for me.
There were a couple of aspects that I did not enjoy. the pool was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, a disappointment.

Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - we could easily explore many areas in the center and the metro station was nearby with fast connections to all the main sites. The pool area was fantastic with great views, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and had all amenities needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. It was also very clean and well-maintained.

This hotel has a great location, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi signal. There are also amenities like a 24-hour supermarket and pastry shop nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the bar and terrace offer a relaxing space to unwind.
There was one instance of unprofessional behavior from a staff member when asked to store luggage after check-out.
